Key Responsibilities:
  • Customers are assisted with product implementation and optimal clinical procedures to maximize equipment effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Clinical education sessions are delivered to customers, adhering to established standards and product training materials.
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of the local customer base and conducting regular site visits is a priority.
  • Providing first and second-line support to customers, offering guidance and expertise when additional knowledge is required.

To succeed in this position, you will need a customer-first attitude and the following qualifications and experience:

  • A post-graduate qualification in medical ultrasound is essential.
  • At least 2 years' experience as an accredited medical sonographer across a broad range of clinical areas is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
  • The ability to work independently and within a team is crucial.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills are essential.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
