Field Service Engineer

Foster strong relationships with internal and external customers to drive customer satisfaction through exceptional service. This involves installing and maintaining electronic medical equipment across various imaging modalities in Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install equipment with precision, adhering to compliance regulations and customer requirements.
  • Require 2+ years of experience working with Cyclotron and/or Medical Diagnostic Imaging products or equivalent industry experience.
  • Perform routine maintenance according to company guidelines, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.
  • Address equipment issues promptly, ensuring timely completion of repairs and aligning with customer contracts.
  • Ensure timely execution of Field Modification Instructions (FMIs).
  • Notify senior management when response time objectives cannot be met.
  • Retain ownership of issues until resolution and maintain open communication with customers, senior engineers, and service delivery managers.

This role focuses on a multi-modality approach, including Radiopharmacy (RP), CT, Molecular Imaging (MI), and X-ray services.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
  • Knowledge of medical equipment installation, repair, and maintenance procedures.
  • Experience working with electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
