We are seeking a seasoned Business Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new business operation at DXC. As a Business Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our operations by establishing reporting specific to the organization and modifying existing reports.

You will help streamline or automate processes as the business grows, create dashboard client reporting that analyzes claims history, and explore and develop process improvements within the team and across the business.

Main Responsibilities
  • Establish and modify reporting specific to the organization.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Power Query.
  • Experience with Qlik and/or Sisense (Power BI or Tableau also considered).
  • Experience in extracting and transforming data.
  • Experience automating across Microsoft applications using VBA.
  • Effective time management and ability to work on multiple projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to elicit requirements from stakeholders.
  • Continuous improvement and innovative thinking.
