Senior Finance Systems Analyst - Financial Operations Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Systems Analyst to join our team as a financial operations expert. As a key member of our finance systems team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and driving our daily finance operations and month-end close processes.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing daily financial operations within SAP ERP, providing technical support for general ledger processes, reconciliations, and system issues. You will also be responsible for monitoring and optimizing automated processes, managing change requests and incidents, collaborating with global support teams to implement system changes and enhancements, and supporting business-as-usual initiatives and contributing to finance transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily financial operations and month-end close processes within SAP ERP
  • Provide technical support for general ledger processes, reconciliations, and system issues
  • Monitor and optimize automated processes
  • Manage change requests and incidents
  • Collaborate with global support teams to implement system changes and enhancements
  • Support business-as-usual initiatives and contribute to finance transformation projects

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with SAP, particularly in general ledger and finance closing processes
  • Exposure to automation tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Alteryx, and Snowflake
  • Familiarity with forecasting/planning tools like Anaplan or Workday Adaptive
  • Insurance industry experience is an advantage
  • Ability to work flexibly across time zones
  • Proactive, adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute broadly
