Building Specialist

As a Building Consultant you will provide sound decision-making and preparation for upcoming work related to claims made. You will conduct forensic building inspections to ensure contractors complete rectification works to a compliant standard and cost.
Key Accountabilities:
- Conduct comprehensive building inspections to assess structural integrity compliance with regulations and identify potential risks or defects.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation outlining findings recommendations and remedial actions for clients and stakeholders.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to architects and contractors on building regulations materials and construction best practices.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and industry professionals to ensure all projects meet legal and safety standards.
About the Role:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills particularly in preparing technical reports and presenting findings to clients.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
