Senior Case Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Case Manager to join our growing claims team. As a specialist workers compensation organisation, we are committed to providing exceptional service to our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a specialist end-to-end claims portfolio focusing on early intervention and return to work strategies.
  • Review medical documents to determine the best course of action for claimants.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in workers compensation claims management, either front-end or end-to-end.
  • Highly developed negotiation and communication skills.
  • Self-insurance claims assessment experience is highly regarded.
