Job Title: Clinical Educator and Leader

The role of the Psychology Clinical Educator and Leader is to design, develop, and implement supervision, training, education, and professional development programs for psychologists. This involves leading the planning and implementation of these initiatives to enhance service capability within the psychology profession.

This position requires a highly motivated and experienced psychologist with excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities, and leadership qualities. A successful candidate will have demonstrated success in supervising staff and students, program development and coordination, administration, quality initiatives, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement supervision and training programs to enhance clinical practice and patient care.
  • SUPVISE psychologists and provide guidance on best practices and research-based interventions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance clinical education.

Requirements:

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or related field.
  • General Registration as a Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia (AHPRA).
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience as a practising psychologist with strong leadership skills.
