Nursing Education Leader Opportunity

Are you an experienced and passionate nursing educator seeking to shape the next generation of nurses?

We are looking for a dynamic and supportive Nursing Education Leader to develop and deliver high-quality nursing education curriculum in accordance with academic and clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and evaluate effective nursing education programs.
  • Mentor students in both classroom and clinical settings, promoting their growth and development.
  • Evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
  • Collaborate with faculty members on curriculum development, continuous improvement efforts, and program evaluation.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and healthcare regulations.
  • Provide ongoing support, maintain records, and report on program outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree (or higher) in nursing or nursing education is required.
  • Active registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
  • Minimum 7 years of clinical nursing experience is preferred.
  • Prior teaching experience is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills are essential.
