Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patrons.
  • Assist with facility readiness and presentation for events.
  • Support the daily operations of the Westmead Education and Conference Centre, including flexible hour work between 6am–6pm.

Selection Criteria
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as part of a team using established practices and policies.
  • Prior experience providing administrative tasks, with ability to follow written and/or verbal instructions.
  • Basic troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
  • Previous experience or working knowledge of computers and audio-visual equipment.
