WECC is an Education Partnership between Western Sydney Local Health District and University of Sydney. It is a key facility for education, training and research within the Westmead precinct.

The WECC facilities are available for all university and Western Sydney Local Health District staff and students participating in education, training and research activities.

This role supports the daily operations of the Westmead Education and Conference Centre (WECC), ensuring smooth delivery of education, training, and events.

Key duties will include:

• Providing concierge and front-of-house services
• Assisting with room and event bookings
• Supporting internal and external patrons
• Ensuring facility readiness and presentation
• Be open to working flexible hours between 6am–6pm

• Prior experience using Microsoft Outlook and MS PowerPoint or relevant knowledge of the same.
• Advanced communication skills with an understanding of/experience offering excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, with minimal supervision as part of a team using established practices and policies.
• Prior experience providing administrative tasks, with ability to follow written and/or verbal instructions
• Basic troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Previous experience or working knowledge of computers and audio-visual equipment.
