We are seeking an Enrolled Nurse to provide a high standard of clinical care with a person-centred approach in our residential aged care home.

About the Role:

  • Providing direct nursing care to residents in line with best practice procedures
  • Supporting your peers and maintaining a team spirit
  • Working safely to protect yourself, colleagues and residents by following policies and procedures

To be successful you'll need

  • A kind heart and genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to the elderly
  • Current registration with AHPRA after completing a Diploma of Nursing or similar qualification
  • Thorough understanding of Aged Care Legislation and Quality Standards
  • Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes
  • Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of age-related health issues
  • Good coaching/training skills
  • Effective conflict resolution skills with high emotional intelligence
  • Customer-centric approach to business
  • Able to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance
