We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality clinical care to residents in our residential aged care home.
This is a casual RN position, working in a safe and supportive environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities- Clinical Care: Provide direct clinical nursing care to residents, adhering to best practice nursing procedures and promoting resident-centered care.
- Team Leadership: Act as Team Leader, coaching, supervising, and guiding the personal care team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Safety and Risk Management: Work in a safe manner to protect yourself, your colleagues, and residents, closely following all policies and procedures.
- Credentials: Current AHPRA registration following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification.
- Knowledge and Skills: Thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards, demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes, strong clinical knowledge, and effective communication skills.
- Personal Qualities: Strong coaching/training skills, emotional intelligence, positive attitude, and willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance.
