About the Role:

We are seeking dedicated and experienced care professionals to join our team in a Day Medical Unit.

The ideal candidates will have extensive experience in nursing and be passionate about delivering high-quality patient-centred care.

Responsibilities:
  • Patient Care: Deliver evidence-based nursing care to patients, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout their stay with us.
  • Team Collaboration: Liaise effectively with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Safety and Quality: Implement measures to ensure patient and staff safety, adhering to strict quality standards.
  • Education and Support: Provide education and support to patients for the management of their health recovery and rehabilitation.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Nursing Qualifications: AHPRA Registered Nurse qualification or equivalent.
  • Education: Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent.
  • Experience: Broad nursing experience, particularly in Oncology and Hematology.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Highly developed interpersonal skills, ability to work in a systematic way, accurate and timely manner, and be flexible in a changing environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
