Job Overview

This role involves overseeing daily site activities and ensuring work is carried out in line with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor site progress and ensure construction compliance, working closely with site supervisors and contractors.
  • Manage project timelines, updating production plans and working to weekly and monthly schedules.
  • Assist with the development of project scopes and contracts for subcontractors, managing variations and approvals.
  • Attend and participate in risk assessments, reviews, and workshops as required.
  • Manage quality control during construction and commissioning stages.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a site engineering capacity.
  • Experience on construction projects in water infrastructure, including water treatment plants and wastewater infrastructure.
  • Understanding of project management functions, including financial management, forecasting, procurement, and contract administration.
  • A strong performer, with professional acumen and exceptional communication skills.
  • Adherence to safe working practices.
