Support the optimum operation of artistic operations as an Executive Assistant.

This role involves scheduling meetings, taking minutes, maintaining databases, providing project support and producing reports.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for dance and/or the arts, excellent communication skills and experience in providing executive administrative support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing confidential administrative support to the Artistic Director
  • Managing diaries and prioritising meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinating communications and maintaining databases for key officials and industry partners
  • Attending to telephone calls, screening calls and making travel arrangements as required

The successful applicant will demonstrate experience in providing high-level executive administration support, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders.
