
Senior Leadership Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality administrative support to the leadership team, encompassing formatting and management of papers.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, oversee expense claims, and ensure seamless communication with stakeholders.
- Organize and facilitate leadership meetings, including logistics, catering, and minute-taking.
- Maintain accurate records of leadership information, including conflicts of interest and training schedules.
- Promote systems to enhance leadership operations and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in providing senior-level support in a similar role, preferably within a corporate or governance environment.
- Superior communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines while operating under pressure.
