Job Summary:

Drive strategic priorities, high-impact initiatives and seamless operations in a fast-paced executive office as a trusted advisor to the Deputy Secretary and Chief Executive.

This is a rewarding opportunity to shape organizational objectives, lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with senior executives to drive business outcomes.

As a solutions-focused leader, you will provide critical support while acting as the central coordination point for matters requiring the Deputy Secretary/Chief Executive's attention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level advice and support on complex matters spanning policy, planning and operations involving the Infrastructure and Asset Management Division within the Ministry of Health, and Health Infrastructure
  • Lead the Office of the Deputy Secretary and Chief Executive, ensuring seamless coordination of priorities, projects, and communications across the Ministry of Health and Health Infrastructure
  • Establish and maintain effective ways of working to ensure the office functions efficiently while supporting senior leadership
