We are seeking a skilled professional to provide high-quality speech therapy services to elderly clients in their communities.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in aged care and have excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver individualized speech therapy sessions to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to develop and maintain up-to-date, personalized care plans.
- Maintain open communication with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Refer clients to relevant professionals when necessary.
- Postgraduate qualifications in Speech Pathology.
- Experience as a Speech Pathologist or Therapist, preferably in aged care; graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build lasting relationships.
- Deep understanding of contemporary speech pathology principles and practices.
