Job Description

Are you a motivated and passionate Speech Pathologist looking for a flexible and rewarding role? We have opportunities for experienced Speech Pathologists to join our team working in schools, homes and the local community.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing an allocated caseload and completing therapeutic services in a timely manner
  • Delivering much needed speech pathology services to participants within schools, homes and the local community
  • Using clinical observations, standardized assessments and interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant
  • Providing therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based and help participants get more out of life
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
  • Maintaining awareness of current NDIS legislation to ensure compliance
Qualifications

To be considered suitable, you will have:

  • Current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Experience as a Speech Pathologist beyond graduation
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload
  • A proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and the opportunity to test and learn from new ideas
  • A genuine passion for working in the disability sector
