Lease Administration Role

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and autonomous Lease Administrator to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will play an integral role in the timely and accurate management of rent roll, lease contracts, tenant information, and charges.

Responsibilities:

  • Expertly respond to all accounts payable enquiries and follow up debtors.
  • Raise purchase orders for operations, management, and capital expenditure.
  • Maintain SAP RE-FX lease registers with precision and care.
  • Diligently manage the administration for lease contracts, as well as coordinate and administer the Lease Administration process in accordance with policy and procedures.
  • Accurately undertake filing and archiving, handle notices, update SharePoint, and issue correspondence.

Requirements:

You will have several years' experience as a Lease Administrator coupled with relevant tertiary qualifications. You will have the ability to work autonomously, take ownership of, and have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and be able to interact with stakeholders across the business. A solid understanding of basic accounting principles will be highly advantageous.
