About The Position

As the Coordinator, you will oversee and drive the Client Assistance Service, ensuring holistic and client-focused services are delivered to particularly vulnerable clients.

You will provide legal support, including specialist legal information, advice, and referrals on various legal matters, while also identifying and implementing appropriate legal pathways for clients and fostering relationships with referral agencies.

Additional responsibilities include managing a team of professionals and administrative staff, overseeing recruitment, performance management, and mentoring, as well as developing and delivering professional development opportunities for staff and contributing to community legal education.

Representing clients in legal matters, preparing cases, and advocating on their behalf is essential.

Key Responsibilities
