- Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all business dealings with regulatory bodies;
- Regularly report to senior management on compliance matters;
- Maintain awareness of changes in legislation and ensure ongoing monitoring of AML/CTF controls and alerts;
- Develop and implement internal policies, procedures, and systems for AML/CTF compliance;
- Requirements:
- 3-5 years' experience in a similar role with relevant tertiary qualifications;
- Deep understanding of Australian AML/CTF acts and rules;
- Proven ability to manage relationships with regulatory bodies;
- Eligibility to work in Australia permanently;
