Job Description

The Patient Support Services Supervisor plays a vital role in leading and directing support staff to ensure timely and quality customer service delivery.

Main Responsibilities
  • Operate the Customer Relationship Platform System (CRPS).
  • Lead, supervise, train, mentor, coach, and develop support staff to meet organisational objectives.
  • Coordinate service activities, monitor, and address staff performance to minimise risk exposure.

Key Performance Indicators: Timely issue resolution, high-quality customer satisfaction, efficient service delivery, and effective staff management.
