Job Description

This role involves providing leadership and supervision to support staff to ensure the delivery of safe, timely, and quality customer service.

The incumbent will be responsible for operating the CARPS system, leading, supervising, training, mentoring, coaching and developing support staff. They will also be responsible for coordinating service activities, monitoring and addressing staff performance to minimize risk, effecting change, and ensuring that staff perform their duties safely and to the required standard.
