About You

You're an enthusiastic and experienced Account Manager with approximately 3-5 years of experience in either agency, in-house, or within media. Please note, communications experience is required. You're a natural storyteller and writer, with strong media relations expertise, who is able to drive communication strategies and media programs for clients across the healthcare industry.

You are a team player who will thrive in a fast-paced environment and has a purpose to create a positive impact for our clients and public health.

Overall, you should display a passion for health, sophisticated knowledge of the Australian media landscape, an understanding of the healthcare environment, and a desire to do good for the patients and healthcare professionals our clients support.

  • Bachelor's degree required, in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Healthcare, Science, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience within a similar agency/in-house/media role.
  • Proven written and verbal presentation skills and ability to translate complex data into a compelling story.
  • Understanding of the Australian media landscape with a focus on business media and a track record of securing stories.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a time-sensitive environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate actively and work in a team environment.
  • Knowledgeable about the integrated communications industry and agency landscape.
  • Genuine passion for healthcare communications.
  • Hunger to learn and be part of some awesome integrated communications campaigns.
  • Expert with Microsoft Office Suite.
