Operations Supervisor Job Summary

As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of hourly associates in shipping and distributing parts across the country and managing customer order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise team members, conducting performance reviews, overseeing development, managing attendance, payroll, and corrective actions.
  • Assist with inventory control procedures such as cycle counting for all materials and products.
  • Implement warehouse procedures and service standards aligned with organizational guidelines.
  • Suggest and refine processes to meet customer deadlines and quality standards.
  • Develop performance metrics and audit operations for efficiency and quality.
  • Evaluate costs and performance of warehouse procedures and service standards.
Requirements:
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience, including packing and shipping processes.
  • At least 1 year of team lead or supervisory experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
