Operations Leadership Opportunity

Job Description:
  • Team Management: Supervise team members, conduct performance reviews, oversee development, manage attendance, payroll, and corrective actions to ensure a productive work environment.
  • Inventory Control: Assist with procedures such as cycle counting for all materials and products to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Warehouse Operations: Implement warehouse procedures and service standards aligned with organizational guidelines to optimize efficiency.
  • Process Improvement: Suggest and refine processes to meet customer deadlines and quality standards by developing performance metrics and auditing operations for efficiency and quality.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Oversee receipt, checking, and documentation of incoming items in the ERP system and coordinate shipments and deliveries, utilizing software for label creation and scheduling pickups.
  • Customer Communication: Maintain communication with customers and supporting teams to ensure accuracy and resolve any issues promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To excel in this role, you will need strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in inventory management systems and experience with process improvement are highly desirable.
