Experienced Lived Experience Workforce Manager

Job Description
This role involves leading a team to manage a large program of work that focuses on ensuring lived and living experience workforces employed in mental health and alcohol and drug services have the necessary structures and supports to thrive.
As Manager, you will collaborate with consumers and their families, carers and supports, lived and living experience workforces, colleagues, and employing services to address Royal Commission recommendations and collective priorities for lived and living experience workforces in the Mental Health and Wellbeing Workforce Strategy 2021-24.
A key focus of this role is developing and implementing lived and living experience leadership and workforce policies and strategies in collaboration with system steward organisations and sector partners.
The successful candidate will create structures and processes that support the development of lived and living experience workforce initiatives in partnership with people with lived and living experience and other stakeholders.
