Lived Experience Workforce Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced leader to manage and guide our lived experience workforce. The successful candidate will oversee the supervision and support of staff, ensure effective time and resource management, and utilize computer skills such as Microsoft Office suite and online platforms.
About the Role:
This leadership position requires independence and autonomy in supporting and guiding our lived experience workforce. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, managing resources efficiently, and developing skills in using Microsoft Office suite and online platforms.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you must have extensive experience working within the addiction and recovery sector as a lived experience worker, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
