About the Role

As a Field Maintenance Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for ensuring the integrity and efficiency of council infrastructure. Your primary focus will be to undertake general maintenance across roads, easements, and drainage channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed maintenance of roads and drainage systems.
  • Operate plant and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Participate in planning, hazard identification, and risk assessment of work activities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve project goals.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A current C Class Driver's Licence.
  • A current Medium Rigid (MR) Driver's Licence (highly desired).
  • Experience in civil construction (highly desired).
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality results and enhancing community well-being.
