We are seeking a skilled professional to manage commercial property portfolios, including daily reconciliation and maintenance of trust ledgers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process tenant payments, rent receipting, and manage arrears
  • Prepare monthly landlord statements and financial reports
  • Disbursing funds and maintaining accurate trust records
  • Evaluate compliance with trust legislation and audit obligations
  • Liaise with landlords, tenants, and property managers
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in trust accounting within commercial real estate
  • Able to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
  • High level of accuracy and a solutions-focused mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience
