About Our Team

This is a leadership position in our team, where you will play a critical role in shaping the direction of Operational Technology and Cyber Security services. You will work closely with clients to deliver projects that meet their needs, build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to the development of Digital Solutions Performance Unit.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead project supervision and execution within OT and Cyber Security market for critical infrastructure projects
  • Develop ongoing technical expertise and professional growth, contributing to quality assurance activities
  • Mentor less experienced colleagues, facilitating their professional development
  • Use client relationships to identify and secure upcoming work
  • Serve as Senior QC reviewer for projects across the company in your area of expertise
  • Identify, communicate, and manage project risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle, mitigating these risks
  • Support pursuit and delivery of projects within the scope of OT and Cyber Security, including pipeline development with critical infrastructure clients, proposal development, and opportunity pursuit activities
  • Manage programs of projects and deliver scope for major project deliveries
Your Qualifications
  • Tertiary degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of Operational Technology and Cyber Security standards and design arrangements
  • Project lifecycle document preparation (marketing and sales documents, proposals, consultancy reports, design documentation)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, building relationships with the team and internal and external clients
  • Leadership experience in OT and cyber security pursuits and project delivery
  • Pipeline development and management
  • Compliance with local and national codes and standards
  • Stakeholder engagement and management
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Ongoing professional development and market tracking
