Project Lead

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to oversee the Cyber Security Improvement Program in Melbourne. This is a key role that requires strong leadership skills and expertise in managing complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute delivery of projects & activities forming part of the newly established Cyber Security Improvement Program.
  • Program-manage security remediation efforts involving internal SMEs as well as outside vendors.
  • Execute corrective actions to remove any significant constraints impacting the Program and its deliverables.
  • Conduct quality reviews on all deliverables in collaboration with dedicated Technology Group SMEs.
  • Provide effective monitoring of all Program's projects and activities and report the Program's performance to the internal Senior Management/Governance Group.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in leading IT projects with a minimum of 5 years.
  • Excellent understanding of ISMS (Information Security Management System) and ISO27001 standard and ISO27002 security controls.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Possess excellent project management skills, knowledge, and experience specifically involving the use of ISMS and ISO standards.
