Delivering High-Impact Cyber Security Initiatives
Join a leading organisation's Project Delivery team in Melbourne to take ownership of delivering high-impact cyber security initiatives.
As an experienced Senior Project Manager, you'll lead cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams and play a critical role in driving delivery across complex technology environments.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end project delivery across cyber initiatives, ensuring scope, milestones, and benefits are achieved.
Monitor and manage project timelines, critical paths, dependencies, risks, and issues.
Build and lead high-performing project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
Drive change management and communication to ensure successful adoption across multiple geographies.
Manage relationships with executive stakeholders, business owners, and third-party vendors.
Establish and maintain governance structures, reporting rhythms, and decision-making frameworks.
Promote continuous improvement within project delivery through retrospectives and shared learnings.
About You:
Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering large-scale technology or cyber security projects.
Skilled at leading dispersed teams across Asia Pacific, with the ability to guide BAU resources through delivery.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile experience highly regarded).
Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Commercial acumen with experience managing vendor and third-party relationships.
Adaptable, hands-on, and able to drive outcomes in complex environments.
Formal project management qualifications and/or tertiary education advantageous.

Requirements:
