About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Associate to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of marketing plans, working closely with the Channel Marketing Manager to deliver timely and effective marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to support business objectives
  • Collaborate with design and paid media agencies to ensure high-quality production and delivery of marketing materials
  • Coordinate with external vendors to produce email newsletters, webcasts, and client marketing campaigns
  • Support the marketing team in executing marketing events and gathering metrics for marketing-related activities
  • Conduct competitor research to identify marketing trends and insights
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in marketing, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
