We are seeking a hands-on Head of Residential Aged Care to lead 39 facilities across regional Australia.
Our mission is to provide exceptional care to older people in regional Australia, and we're looking for a top-tier leader to join our operations team.
As Head of Residential Aged Care, you will be fully responsible for driving operational performance on a large scale, empowering your team to deliver the highest standard of care while achieving financial business objectives.

The opportunityReporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Head of Residential Aged Care will:
Ensure safe, consumer-directed care that meets all accreditation and quality standardsDrive continuous improvement for resident outcomes and experiencesLead, mentor and support managers to build a positive culture, accountability and high performanceImprove morale, attraction, retention and development of staff across all homesDrive the financial performance of the residential division ensuring targets and consistency are met across all aged care facilities
About youThis role requires a highly experienced leader with exceptional commercial and clinical insight who brings:
Proven experience overseeing residential aged care operations across a large number of sitesStrong knowledge of Australian aged care standards, accreditation and compliance requirementsA commitment to delivering safe, consumer-directed care and consistently high-quality outcomesThe ability to lead, mentor and hold managers accountable while fostering a positive workplace cultureFinancial acumen with a record of achieving operational and budgetary targetsA strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and sustainable growthExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills
