Master Urban Planner

As a senior civil designer in this key role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering high-quality and innovative design solutions for a diverse range of projects. Your expertise will be essential in overseeing the creation of detailed designs for roads, drainage, earthworks, water supply, sewerage, and utilities.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include leading design work from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and local council regulations. You will also be responsible for reviewing and refining design processes to enhance efficiency and innovation, as well as collaborating closely with engineers, architects, planners, and landscape architects to develop fully integrated design solutions.
- Developing comprehensive civil designs for road networks, drainage systems, earthworks, water supply infrastructure, sewerage systems, and utility networks.
- Overseeing the improvement of design processes to optimize performance and creativity.
- Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver cohesive design solutions.
- Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior designers and engineers.
