Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Swim Instructors to deliver high-quality learn-to-swim programs across various leisure facilities.


This is a casual day-to-day role with shifts available Monday to Sunday, morning and afternoon, up to 38 hours per week.


About the Role
  • Deliver high-quality swim programs that enable participants to achieve their personal development goals and improve the swimming skills of the community;
  • Ensure participant safety at all times through provision of safe activities and continual supervision of swim class members;
  • Prepare lessons and equipment as instructed.

Key Requirements
  • AUSTSWIM qualification in teaching of swimming and water safety or Swim Australia Teacher (SAT) or Swim Coaching qualifications or equivalent;
  • Resuscitation Certificate (HLTAID 001 / HLTAID 009);
  • Working with Children Check Clearance Number or Application Number; Demonstrate ability to work effectively across multiple work locations.
