Early Childhood Teacher

This role is a key position within our educational program, where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the learning outcomes of young children. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will be responsible for shaping the educational experience and ensuring high-quality care and education that supports children's growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop programs that align with the approved learning framework, providing a well-rounded education that caters to children's interests, strengths, and abilities.
  • Foster positive and respectful relationships with children, families, and the community, promoting a sense of belonging and connection.
  • Design play-based learning environments that facilitate exploration, creativity, and social interaction, guiding children towards becoming confident and capable learners.
  • Support educators in implementing the program and philosophy, providing guidance and expertise to ensure consistency and quality.

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual who possesses:

  • A Bachelor of Teaching or Early Childhood Education qualification, demonstrating a strong foundation in pedagogy and child development.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working as an ECT, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality educational programs and services.
  • A deep understanding of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and best practice standards.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, families, and community members, building strong relationships and fostering a culture of collaboration and respect.
