**WHO WE NEED**

Challenger is seeking a number of enthusiastic, and results driven full time Leading Hands, to work as working leading hands to join our team, working in a premier Aged Care or Independent Living Facility located in The Hills region.

Previous experience working in an Aged Care environment is an advantage for this position, but not a requirement.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- Oversee and assist the Team in day to day requirements of the cleaning operations
- Help support the quality of life of elderly residents and make a positive impact to their wellbeing
- Complete tasks associated with maintaining the cleanliness of the facility
- Cleaning both front of house and back of house areas
- Follow schedules and SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Other duties associated with cleaning requirements

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED**
- Availability to work 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday shifts commencing at 7am
- Previous experience working as a Supervisor in a commercial and/or housekeeping environments desirable
- Have a good understanding of the safety elements associated with the job
- Have a good understanding of cleaning chemicals and their correct and safe handling
- Have 2 vaccinations for Covid-19 and a current Influenza vaccination
- Have a valid police check
- Have a valid NDIS Workers Check or willing to obtain one
- Good presentation and grooming
- Sound communication skills
