**THE ROLE**:
This role is a Permanent Fulltime position working 38 hours per week and requires you to work closely with the team, collaborate and share responsibilities for the educational programing.

This 38 place early years program based in the Hills District has an opening for a diploma educator who understands that relationships are the basis of quality, values and builds and maintains strong relationships with the team, families, children and the wider community.

**THE ORGANISATION**:
Hamilton’s Education & Care are recruiting on behalf of a leading not for profit organisation with a philosophy that centers on the community and a belief that building meaningful relationships is key to quality practice.

This full-time position, located in Baulkham Hills, cares for babies and children from birth to school age in education and care environments where the care, safety, and working in the best interest of the child is paramount. They provide an educational curriculum that responds to the individual needs of the children in our care, providing a program that engages each child, promotes learning and discovery, fosters a positive self-image, and a child’s independence and self-help skills

**About you**
- you will have Knowledge of the Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010 as well as Education and Care Services National Regulations 2011
- Current First Aid and CPR Certification
- Excellent verbal and written skills in communication with families and educators
- You will value, build, and maintain strong relationships with team members, parents, children and the wider community
- Above all, you have a true passion for supporting; nurturing and caring for children and seeing them reach their potential.
