**THE ROLE**:
This role is a Permanent Fulltime position working 38 hours per week and requires you to work closely with the team in collaborating and sharing responsibilities for the educational programing and planning of the service in Baulkham Hills. This intimate 38 place early years program based in the Hills District has an opening for a diploma educator who understands that relationships are the basis of quality, values and builds and maintains strong relationships with the team, families, children and the wider community.

**THE ORGANISATION**:Hamilton’s Education & Care are recruiting on behalf of a leading not for profit organisation with a philosophy that centers on the community and a belief that building meaningful relationships is key to quality practice; and to achieve quality outcomes they invest in their people through support, training, mentoring and positive leadership.

**Salary**: $26.00 - $37.00 per hour
