Job Title:

We are seeking a Senior Risk Manager, to join our High Risk Team.

About the Role:

  • This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead and manage high risk cases, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of services.
  • You will leverage your sound judgment and proactive strategies to manage complex roles responding to domestic and family violence victims.
  • The role involves building knowledge and promoting understanding of the needs and rights of domestic and family violence victims within the business unit.
  • You will establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective participation in High Risk Teams and efficient delivery of Victim Assist services.
  • The Senior Risk Manager will identify broader factors, trends, and influences impacting staff well-being, output, work quality, timeliness, and intent to deliver trauma-informed services.
  • You will lead and motivate a trauma-informed organizational culture, fostering collaboration, innovation, performance, and positive staff contributions.

About Us:

We are committed to improving the safety of domestic and family violence victims and holding perpetrators accountable.

Victim Assist participates in High Risk Teams across the state, including information sharing, regular meetings, and financial claims assessment for high-risk victims.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a team environment.
