Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Childcare Coordinator to join our team at TheirCare. As a key member of our OSHC program, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality before and after school care services to children in the Rose Bay area.

About You:

  • Passionate about working with children and providing exceptional care and support.
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Experience in the childcare/OSHC industry, with a completed or in-process ACECQA-recognised qualification in Teaching, Childcare, or Community Services.
  • A valid Working with Children's Check and Child Protection/Mandatory Reporting certificate relevant to your state.
  • HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting certification, including First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma training.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging programs and activities that promote children's learning, exploration, and development.
  • Provide high-quality care and support to children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Maintain compliance documents and perform administrative tasks, as required.
  • Develop positive relationships with families, schools, and community partners.
  • Mentor and support colleagues to achieve their full potential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the childcare/OSHC industry.
  • Completed or in-process ACECQA-recognised qualification in Teaching, Childcare, or Community Services.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 6.45am - 9.00am and 2.00pm - 6.15pm, plus weekly administration hours.
