Job Opportunity: Broadcast Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Broadcast and Media Operations Coordinator to support the delivery of media and broadcast services during the tournament.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with venue teams to deliver facilities and services in shared spaces.
  • Handle queries from RTVs, Media & NRHs, including wayfinding and access at official venues.
  • Support media operations in stadium-specific training sites on match day.
  • Work closely with the Broadcast and Media Operations Officer to implement plans and services in media and broadcast areas.
  • Provide local knowledge of the host city and assist with filming permits, frequency licensing, and general media enquiries.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience in media or broadcast operations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions

  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • Working with children check or state-based equivalent.
  • International Criminal History Record for countries outside Australia.
