Job Title: Training Coordinator

Healthcare Australia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Learning and Development team, you will play a critical role in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that support the growth and development of our staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Learning and Development: Generate performance review reports, perform analytics to inform succession and development decisions, and maintain participant learning profiles to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Professional Development Activities: Work with training teams to source and maintain a database of qualified facilitators, conduct assessments, and prepare materials for training courses, induction sessions, and meetings.
  • Others: Collaborate with HR teams to support project delivery and contribute to a culture of inclusivity and respect.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a business and/or education field or equivalent skills and expertise.
  • At least three years of relevant experience in administration and training, with a background in program planning, monitoring, and presenting to adults.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing work demands.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems.
