Customer Experience Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to support the planning and rollout of our customer excellence strategy. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement customer activation briefs, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage an up-to-date activation calendar, aligning with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
  • Develop and maintain customer activation briefs across internal stakeholders, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
  • Maintain and utilize trade promotional management systems to optimize performance and efficiency.
  • Coordinate cycle meeting planning agendas, presentations, venue management, and event support to ensure smooth operations.
  • Actively manage POS playbooks, lead times, costs, and quotes with vendors to drive business growth.
  • Lead end-to-end development of shopper journeys through trade marketing solutions, resulting in enhanced customer experiences.
  • Track program performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, driving business results.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience within a Blue Chip FMCG or Pharmaceutical company in a similar role, with demonstrated expertise in trade marketing briefing and KPI evaluation.
  • Experience within Health & Wellbeing, OTC Pharmacy, or Alcohol industry is ideal, but not required.
  • Expertise in POS production, including printing, and outstanding written and spoken communication skills are essential.
  • Event coordination, AI literacy, and advanced Excel skills are highly valued in this role.
