**Job Description** About our client Saputo Dairy**
Saputo Dairy Australia produces, markets and distributes a wide range of high quality dairy and non-dairy products for the domestic and international markets including cheese, dairy alternative cheese, fluid milk, extended shelf-life milk and cream products, cultured products and dairy ingredients.

Saputo Dairy are a leading dairy processor in Australia and are a part of Saputo Inc., one of the top ten dairy processors in the world.

The products are sold in several countries under well-known brand names such as Caboolture, CHEER, Cracker Barrel*, Devondale, Great Ocean Road, King Island Dairy, Liddells, Mersey Valley, MG Ingredients, Mil Lel, Sheese, Sungold, South Cape and Tasmanian Heritage.

Representing **Saputo Dairy** in the Independent Grocery channel working across **Sydney Southwest with occasional regional travel to Wollongong, Nowra, Canberra and Orange.** You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with stores and multi-site operators (MSO's) to drive distribution and sales to increase market share and category performance of **Saputo Dairy** iconic brands using opportunity-based selling.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Growing distribution ranging through sell in of core and NPD products
- Negotiation of greater shelf space in store to leverage market share
- Maximising upcoming and current promotional activity
- Driving sales results
- Managing a territory and developing strong store relationships
- Implementation of layouts
- Reporting and providing feedback on key field insights and activity.
- Full time availability Monday - Friday
- Relevant experience in sales based role in Retail, FMCG and Merchandising, highly favourable in Independent Grocery
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent time management skills and a positive attitude
- Able to work autonomously
- Valid drivers license and reliable car
