About the RoleWe are seeking a reliable and organized Culinary Support Specialist to join our dynamic kitchen team. In this key role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness, order, and efficiency of our commercial kitchen, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality presentation of food products.
As a Culinary Support Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing food, cleaning equipment and workstations, and adhering to health and safety guidelines and protocols. You will also assist other kitchen staff members in maintaining an organized and efficient workspace.
You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests. If you have previous experience as a Kitchen Hand and hold a Food Safety Certificate, we encourage you to apply for this exciting role.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare food and clean kitchen areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment;
- Assist with receiving and storing supplies;
- Conduct quality checks on food products and report any issues to management;
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge;
- Support kitchen staff members in meeting production deadlines and achieving service standards.

Requirements- Previous experience as a Kitchen Hand or in a similar culinary role;
- Food Safety Certificate or willingness to obtain one during onboarding;

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines under pressure.
