We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

We're a fast-growing, high-performance brand making serious waves in the beauty & wellness space. As we scale rapidly, we're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our expanding team and play a key role in bringing campaigns to life across paid, organic, influencer, and PR channels.

Your Role:

As the Marketing Coordinator, you'll be the right-hand to our Head of Marketing—helping drive day-to-day execution across digital campaigns, influencer & affiliate partnerships, and brand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Paid Media Support
  • Ideate and assist in developing high-performing ad creatives
  • Liaise with creative, content, and media buying teams to bring ads to life
  • Influencer & Affiliate Coordination
  • Manage relationships, gifting, and timelines with influencers and affiliates
  • Content Distribution & Management
  • Oversee rollout of paid and organic content across platforms
  • Work with the team to ensure consistent messaging and scheduling
  • Brand & PR Support
  • Assist with PR opportunities, branding projects, and campaign launches
  • Support the execution of brand activations or events as needed
  • Marketing Ops
  • Act as second-in-command to the Head of Marketing
  • Help keep marketing operations running smoothly across all pillars

What We're Looking For:

  • 1–2 years in a marketing coordinator or assistant role
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Passion for content, digital marketing, and brand growth
  • Proactive, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Bonus: Experience in beauty, skincare, wellness or fashion industries
